What lies beneath the surface of expanding drone operations?

When looking at current drone initiatives, most of the focus, of course, falls on what is visible above the surface: the drones themselves and the operations they perform.

However, the real challenge of scaling is what lies beneath the surface.

While individual flight operations have become routine, moving from individual flights to large-scale, autonomous operations increases complexity. Above the surface, adding more drones looks like a simple expansion. Below the surface, it demands more traffic coordination and greater interaction with other airspace users, emphasising the need for flight safety, airspace capacity, and fair and predictable access.

In order to transition from isolated flight tests to continuous, high-density operations, the drone industry must address what lies below the surface.

Skypuzzler provides the digital control infrastructure layer that increases both operator capacity and airspace capacity. Our technology integrates with and empowers existing operational platforms, including Uncrewed Traffic Management (UTM) and mission control systems, by adding the capabilities needed to supervise more drones per pilot and safely accommodate more operations in shared airspace.
